Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy
All bookings (in person, online and via phone), require entry of a valid credit/debit card in order to submit the appointment request.
New client consultations are charged a $50 fee for all services. Consultations are completed to assist the client and provider in understanding the client’s goals, and for the provider to formulate a treatment plan. The $50 deposit for consultations will then be used as a credit towards your first treatment/procedure. Deposits are non-refundable for no shows or cancellations before 48 hours. The credit/debit card will be stored on file but not charged until your service has been completed. Please notify our staff if you would like to change your payment method on the day of your service.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
All appointment cancellations must be made 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments/no shows will result in a $100 charge to the credit/debit card on file. A 48-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations.
