**Booking & Cancellation Policy** **Booking Policy** To submit an appointment request, requires a valid credit/debit card. New client consultations incur a $50 fee to help the provider understand the client's goals to create a tailored treatment plan. This $50 deposit will be credited toward your first treatment procedure. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours in advance. Your credit/debit card will be securely stored, but will not be charged until your service is completed. Please inform our staff if you wish to change your payment method on the day of your service. **Cancellation & No-Show Policy** All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $100 charge to the credit/debit card on file. A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations.
